Hi there,
I’m an IT professional focused on removing technical roadblocks and helping people stay productive. I currently specialize in information systems, their management, and user support. My goal is to resolve issues and remove barriers so teams can stay focused and support business growth.
I enjoy learning through experience, whether that’s in my professional work, personal projects, or exploring completely new areas. There’s always something new to discover.
I also develop games on Roblox as a hobby, with a focus on world-building and asset creation, along with other projects where I learn and experiment with different skills such as creating logos, websites, and digital tools.

Systems & Experience
I work with a range of enterprise systems and technologies, including Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Intune, and other Microsoft ecosystem tools, as well as additional systems that I cannot publicly disclose.
Through my work experience, I support Windows, Apple, and Android devices, perform general Windows Server-related tasks, and assist with mobile subscription and device management. Over time, I have also gained exposure to more advanced and technical tasks.
In addition to end-user support and day-to-day IT work, I have experience with ITIL processes such as Major Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, and Request Fulfillment. Past situations and incidents have strengthened my understanding on how to handle different cases, communication skills, and the ability to stay calm and structured when handling critical issues.
Interests
I’m interested in technology in a broad sense, especially how systems work behind the surface and how they can be improved to run better and more efficiently.
Outside of work, I spend time on personal and creative projects. This can include experimenting with tools, building small systems, or trying out different ideas just to learn how things work in practice.
I also do game development and other digital projects from time to time, mostly as a way to learn new skills and understand different parts of development and design.
A lot of my interest comes from simply exploring things hands-on and seeing where they lead.

Dovn is a space for learning, building, and exploring ideas over time. It brings together different parts of my work and interests, but it is not fixed or limited to a single direction. It continues to evolve as new projects and experiences are added.
